Jillian is survived by her husband of 59 years, James Clemons; son Paul Clemons; daughter Linda Jefferson; and son John Clemons; father Lavon Smith; brother Doug Smith.
Jillian was preceded in death by; mother Helen Smith; sister Cindy Thompson.
A visitation for Jillian will be held Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at ABC Funeral Home, 123 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45249. A visitation will occur Friday, May 1, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 123 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45249. A funeral service will occur Saturday, May 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Church, 333 Elm Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. A candle lighting ceremony will occur Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 9:00 PM at Good Shepherd Church, 333 Elm Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
Serving as pallbearers are Paul Clemons, William Brown, Bobby "Bubba" Smith and Timothy James Hewitt.
