James is survived by their wife, Jill Clemons; son Brandon Clemons; and daughter Kelsey Johnson; brother Randy Clemons.

James was preceded in death by.

A visitation for James will be held Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Memories Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at St. Mary's Church.
