Doris Ann Horn

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Stillman Ray Horn and her father and mother, Roy Maynard and Martha Ellen Hulse (Bolender).

Doris is survived by her daughter, Rachel (Rob) Mays and her son, Joseph Horn; and her sister, Ellen Jordan; and brothers, David and Dan Hulse; her grandchildren, Anthony and Brandon Southers, Caitlin (Dakota) Nye, Madison & Conor Mays, Landon & Macy Horn; and her 4 great grandchildren (Paisley, Kyler, Lillian, Kynlee); and many other relatives and friends.

Doris was born October 31st, 1959 in Circleville, Ohio to the late Maynard and Martha Hulse (Bolender). Doris lived life as a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and lover of God. Doris was known for her gracious smile and her kind, generous heart. Doris loved spending time with family and friends. She loved watching her grandkids and daycare kids grow and was there for every life experience. Doris was an adamant “Dr. Pol”, “Yellowstone” and “Dancing with the stars” watcher.

Doris was one of the greatest friends that you could ask for.

Doris will be so incredibly missed by all of her family and friends. Gram has left a huge hole in our hearts that will never fully heal, but she is finally cancer and pain free.

The family would like to welcome family and friends to the showing on Friday, March 28th from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger, 151 E. Main St, Circleville, Ohio. The Funeral will follow at 6:00pm.
