Emily Nicole Lence Patrick, 43, passed away on May 11, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born on August 13, 1979, to Charles G. and Susan Y. (Lence) Patrick in Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Henry B. and Georgine (Riedel) Lence, and Gladys M. and Hiram G. Patrick, aunt and uncle, Phyllis and Bub Varner and aunt Valerie Lence. Her beloved dogs Wags, Yoda and Gracie were also there to welcome her.
Emily graduated from Logan Elm High School in 1998 and later attended Hocking College for nursing. She faithfully worked at Pickaway Correctional Institution as a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2007. She enjoyed spoiling her nieces and nephews and of course her dogs, Harley and Bailey.
Emily is survived by her parents, sister Rachel (Aaron Peart), brother Benjamin (Vanessa Kerkhoff), nieces Sarah Polinski, Abigail, Hannah and Leah Daniels, Quinn Patrick and nephews John Polinski III, Tiger Patrick and Logan Kerkhoff. Emily will also be missed by longtime friend, Nicole Alexander.
The family will receive friends on Saturday May 20, 2023, from 11am until 1pm at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger, 151 E. Main St, Circleville, Ohio 43113. A memorial service will be held immediately following at 1pm.
