Kathy Jo Fausnaugh

Kathy was born November 20, 1951 to Frederick and Joan Goeglein in Marietta, Ohio. She moved to Circleville when her father began teaching and graduated from Circleville High School in 1970. Following graduation, Kathy went on to pursue a thirty-year career in the banking industry where she assisted countless clients and friends with kindness compassion and honesty.

Kathy was a giving and loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Aunt. She was a beacon of kindness and love. Her devotion to her family was matched only by her passion for coaching youth soccer and her deep appreciation for cats, flowers, and all things beautiful. Her Christian faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her every action. She was a devout member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Circleville and her trips to Sunday services were the highlight of her week. Her gentle spirit and unwavering love will be profoundly missed.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents Frederick Goeglein and Joan Goeglein.

She is survived by her children: Randy Alan Fausnaugh of Circleville and Mark Ryan Fausnaugh of Chillicothe; her grandchildren: Micah Nicole Hawk, and Andalucia Rose Fausnaugh; her loving siblings: brother and sister-in-law: Daniel (Janet) Goeglein of Circleville; Amy (Jon) Lastinger of Florida; her nieces: Angie (Kevin) Kinne, Jenna (Tyler) Jenkins, and Lindsay (Cody) Downs; and her cats Jessie and Josie.

Calling hours will be held at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger Funeral Home in Circleville on Friday, August 16 from 5pm to 7pm.

A graveside service will be conducted the following morning (Saturday) at Rock Springs Cemetery at 11am in Pomeroy, Ohio.
