Larry was born on August 10, 1950 in Circleville, Ohio to the late John W. and Georgetta (Wolfe) Dean. He graduated from Circleville High School, Class of 1969. He retired from Reynolds Metal Company after 32 years. Larry loved golfing with his family and going to the casino.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his siblings, Marvin Dean and Janice Dean; his mother-in-law, Doris Yates; and his father-in-law, Arnold Seymour.
Larry is survived by his wife, Jeanette Dean; his children, Larry (Glenna) Dean; Dale (Jennifer) Dean and Barbara (Pete) Rainey; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Connor, Alex, Taylor, Michael, Briana, and McKayla; 10 great-grandchildren; his siblings, John Dean, Judy Alderman, Pam Long and Connie Dean; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and on Friday, September 25, 2026 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger, 151 W. Main St, Circleville, Ohio. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00pm with Pastor Mike Roehrenbeck officiating. Larry will be laid to rest at Forest Cemetery, Circleville, Ohio.
