Peggy was born on July 21, 1945 in Circleville, Ohio to the late James and Blanche (Miller) McNeil. She was a loving wife, mom, grandma, and great-grandma. She loved to garden and took great pride in her landscaping and home.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Brian Porter; her children, Tammy (Ray) Joseph and Timmy (Chrissy) Wallace; her grandchildren, Cody (Taylor), Brendan, Peyton (Lauren), Phillip (Kate), Joseph, and Raechelle (Shane); her great-grandchildren, Brentley, Rhett, Kaysen, Owen, Caleb, Evan, Luke, and Gavin; and many other family and friends.
