Clarice Leona Warren Barnfield

December 11th, 2011, at the Flora Gardens Healthcare Center; Flora, IL.

Clarice was born January 8, 1914 at Johnsonville, IL to James O. and Bertha M. (Anderson) Warren. She married Curtis Barnfield September 26, 1930 at Cisne, IL. He preceded her in death March 23, 1987.

Clarice was a homemaker and a member of the Cisne United Methodist Church. She loved quilting, crocheting, and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by one son Gene Barnfield of Cisne; one daughter-in-law Helen Barnfield Bullard (& her husband Jerry) of Cisne, IL; one sister Stella Malcom of Fresno, CA; seven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren, and seventeen great-great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were one son James, one daughter Patsy, three sisters, three brothers, her husband and her parents.

Funeral services for Clarice Barnfield will be 1:30PM Friday at Hosselton Funeral Home. Burial will be at Cisne Cemetery. Friends may call 12:30 – 1:30PM Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials in memory of Clarice Barnfield may be given to Dr. Dennis Scranton Memorial Cancer Fund and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home.
