Cory A. Deem

Cory was born February 19, 1994 at Olney, IL to Jeremy and Heather (Griffin) Deem.

He was a laborer for Davis Tree Service in Cisne, IL. Cory enjoyed 4-wheel riding, fishing, and driving his truck. He loved little kids, animals, and video games.

Cory was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church in Flora, IL

Cory is survived by his father Jeremy Deem of Flora, IL; mother Heather Johnson of Cisne, IL; step-father Jay Johnson of Xenia, IL; grandparents Gary & Kathy Eskew of Flora, Il and Claudia Browning of Cisne, IL; great grandmother Virginia Eskew of Flora, IL; three brothers Kyle Johnson of Cisne, IL and Trevor Deem and Isaiah Deem both of Flora, IL; one sister Josephine Johnson of Cisne, IL and two step-sisters Jayda Tolliver of Clay City, IL and Martha Pinnick of Lacey, WA. Also surviving are two aunts Rachel Eskew of Las Vegas, NV and Cindy (Brian) Siever of Knoxville, IL; two uncles Jason Eskew of Flora, IL and Brandon Browning of Galesburg, IL.

Preceding him in death were his grandfathers Alan Griffin and Patrick Browning and a great grandmother Angeline Carnes.

Funeral service will be 1:00PM Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Hosselton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cariens Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8PM Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to the family for funeral expenses and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home.
