Jeffrey is survived by his parents Marlin and Maxine Burroughs of Cisne, IL; one daughter Jennifer of Howser, NC; one brother Douglas M. Burroughs of Tallahassee, FL and one grandchild.
There will be no services or visitation. Hosselton Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be given to American Diabetes Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
