JUDY SHEHORN, 69, of Johnsonville, Illinois passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Judy was born June 21, 1948 to Jimie and Kathryn (Turner) Forth at Effingham, Illinois. She was married to Charles Shehorn, who passed away on January 25, 1999.

Judy had been a CNA at various local nursing homes and had worked in the factory of Beltronics in Flora, IL. She enjoyed reading spiritual books, working crossword and jigsaw puzzles, and coloring in the adult design books.

Judy is survived by a sister Connie Forth of Johnsonville, IL and a brother Steve (Sharon) Forth of Kilgore, Texas. Two nieces, Shannon (James) Magness of Tyler, TX and Stephanie (Kevin) Woods of Newton, Illinois, and one great niece, Claire Woods of Newton and two great nephews, Carter Woods of Newton and Landon Magness of Tyler, Texas.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and a son, Charles Allen Shehorn.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 in the Palestine Cemetery in Iuka, Illinois. A visitation will be from 10:00am to 11:00am prior to graveside service at the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.

I was lucky to have met judy at cisne rehab. she and I clicked, she has really been my rock when i thought I had noone. I know i will miss her so much but of all things judy taught me was we were put on this world to love each other. i love you jude and until we meet again ill keep all our memories in my heart. I love you connie and the rest of the family...
