Richard L. Bullard

Richard was born December 2, 1946 at Keenes, IL to Hershel and Icle (Williamson) Bullard. He married Elaine Curtis July 5, 1968 at Xenia, IL.

Richard was a timber worker and a farmer and worked in the oilfield. He was a veteran of The Viet Nam War and a member of the Church of God of Prophesy at Xenia, IL. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and a St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Richard is survived by his wife Elaine Bullard of Xenia, IL; two daughters Angel Bullard of Flora, IL and Krystal (Ronnie) Speagle of Xenia, IL; five sons Toby Bullard of Anna, IL; Joe (Charlie) Bullard of Iuka, IL; Eric (Amanda) Bullard of Salem, IL; Stacy (Amy) Bullard of Xenia, IL and Ray Smith of Centralia, IL; five sisters Brenda (Melvin) Coclasure of Marion, IL; Rhonda (Brent) Ellis of Cisne, IL; Pam (Earl) Sullens of Bluford, IL; Bernice (Kevin) Rubble of Johnsonville, IL; and Lisa (Wade) Moore of Johnsonville, IL; six brothers Jerry (Helen) Bullard of Cisne, IL; Wayne (Marilyn) Bullard of Xenia, IL; Gary (Mable) Bullard of Papertown, IL; Joe (Rosale) Bullard of Springfield, IL; Randy (Peggy) Bullard of Papertown, IL and Jeff Bullard of Papertown, IL. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild; six step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents Hershel and Icle Bullard.

Funeral services for Richard Bullard will be 10AM Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at Hosselton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery at Xenia, IL. Visitation will be 6-8PM Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family and will be accepted at Hosselton Funeral Home.
