I remember when we were eating at a restaurant. I think it was on the outer banks. The waitress was filling our water glasses and was shaking the pitcher to get some ice in the glass. Aunt Ann thought that the waitress was shaking because the pitcher was too heavy, so she grabbed the pitcher to steady and support it for the waitress. Aunt Ann was a true southern lady. She will be missed!

I had the pleasure of taking care of Ms. Ann as a medication tech at Brookedale... what a joy it was to be in her presence. She was more than a resident but a friend.. she always had a smile and a thoughtful kind word.. she will be missed by the whole Brookedale community. She will always be in our thoughts.. we pray for the hearts of Anita and the rest of the family for the loss of their mother and grandmother. ❤️

Anita, so sorry for your loss. I have such good memories of your sweet mother and her beautiful smile and warm affection she gave to us silly youmg girls. The pictures here really tell her story and I hope you are comforted by the memories. I know the heartbreak of this loss and I send my sympathy. Heaven just welcomed a new angel and the saints are singing. My love to you all.
