Ann Mary Vaughan, 93, of Clayton passed away Friday, January 2, 2015. A lifelong resident of West Haven, CT, Ann was born October 9, 1921 to the late Charles and Ella Lubby Lindquist. Ann is survived by her son, John F. Vaughan, Jr. and his wife, Cecelia; daughter, Anne Catherine Vaughan, all of Clayton, NC; son, Mark Arthur Vaughan, of CT; granddaughter, Elizabeth Mary Burke, of Clayton, NC; great grandchildren, Michael Pedone, of CT, Shannon Koegel and husband, Vincent, Erin Burke, and Isabella Vaughan, all of NC. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Vaughan, Sr.; sons, James Augustin and Paul James Vaughan; a granddaughter, Catherine Ann Vaughan; five sisters; and a brother.
