She was born in Virginia to the late Paul Morrow and the late Mable Vannoy Morrow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Marcy Rae.
Barbara worked as an office manager for Capital Heater and Control for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Johnson and husband Jason.
