Beverly Ann Cook (Smyser), 78, of Clayton, North Carolina, passed away on April 5, 2023 after a yearlong battle of Myasthenia Gravis. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Cook, 2015, and her youngest son Norman Cook, 2020.
Beverly was born on November 15th 20, 1944 to Ida and Herbert Smyser in Marion, Indiana.. She always considered Indiana home. In 1962, she met Raymond Cook, and they were married in May 1963. They gave birth to their first son Michael Cook, in June of 1964. Their second son, Norman Cook, was born in January 1968.
She was a dedicated wife, fantastic mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother who loved her family. She has 3 grandchildren, Angelina, Allasandra and Aubrianna and 5 Great Grandchildren, Landon, Liam Benjamin, Barrett and Atticus.
Beverly had an incredible love for husband, children, and all her extended family and was loved by everyone. Her passion was being the best wife and mother she could be. Beverly excelled at propping up her family and friends and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives.
She will be extremely missed by all who knew her.
