So glad we spent a little time with him. Wish it could have been more. Sympathy and prayers for the family. Loved you, Uncle Billy!

I knew him as Mr. Moore he was our neighbor for many years, I remember being young and he would always offer snacks and to sit on the back porch with him. You could always find Mr. Moore piddling in his yard, or greeting the neighbors. My grandmother who was also his neighbor Mrs Ambrose thought highly of him!
