Billy was a hardworking man who spent many years working as a sheet rocker. Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time outdoors and especially loved fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his father, C.D. Young; his mother, Myrtie Ryals McGee; his wife Shelby Watson Young; his brothers, Ray McGee, Grant McGee, and Ricky McGee; and his sister, JoAnn McGee Pleasant.
Billy is survived by a son, Johnny Young; his brothers, Troy Young, Ronnie McGee (Brenda McGee) and Wayne McGee; his sister, Janelle Young; and several nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
