She is survived by her sons, Russell Ragland and wife, Rhonda, Robert Ragland and husband, Alfredo; grandchildren, Madison Ragland, Bennett Ragland and Sarah Parker; brother, David Andrews and his wife, Shirley. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Butch Ragland; sisters, Joan Miller and Nancy Altman.
A graveside service celebrating Bobbie Lou’s life will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 10:00am at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Clayton. The family will receive friends at the home of Russell and Rhonda Ragland on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
