Chester Graham Holland

Rev. Chester Graham Holland, son of the late Charles Walter and Allene Holt Holland passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the age of 84. Due to COVID-19, a private service will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with services being streamed live through the Facebook page of McLaurin Funeral Home (https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/9923488). Burial will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Park. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date for the general public.

Surviving are his wife, Alene Harper Holland; son, Aaron Johnson and wife, Melody of Clayton; daughters, Gail Honeycutt and husband, Bennie of Raleigh, Gail Young and husband, Tim of Smithfield, Faye Wilson and husband, Jim of Wake Forest, Sherrie Johnson and husband, Allen of Knightdale, Gwendolyn Holland of Hollywood, FL; sister, Judy Holland of Knightdale; brother, Jerry Holland of Benson; 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and his beloved pet companion, Heartstrings "Strings".

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his daughter, Sylvia Lanier and a brother, Charles Larry Holland.
