Christopher (Chris) Keith Pollard age 51 of 105 G-Long Drive, Garner, NC passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 at SECU Hospice House following a brief illness.
Chris was born March 18, 1966 in Johnston County to Donald Pollard and the late Pat Pollard of Clayton.
Mr. Pollard was a painter by trade who loved his family first and foremost and in his spare time grilling and fishing.
Surviving are his son Christopher Bradley Pollard of Spring Lake, NC, grandson Christian Lee Pollard, father Donald Pollard and wife Dallie, three sisters, Teresa Byrd and husband Otis of Smithfield, Donna Jarman and husband James of Clayton and Tanya Stell of Clayton, several nieces and nephews and fiance Angie Reades of Garner.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 PM Monday, with a Memorial Service to follow at the West Clayton Church of God, 143 Short Johnson Rd, Clayton, NC 27528.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorial gifts be made to the West Clayton Church of God Missions Fund, P.O. Box 777, Clayton, NC 27528
