Clara "Tennie" Wall Parrish

Clara Wall “Tennie” Parrish, 89, the daughter of the late Rommie Lee and C. Estelle Gower Wall passed away Monday April 24, 2017. “Tennie” was a member of Mount Herman Christian Church for many years. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 2:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home at 2:00p.m with interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. She is survived by her son; Braxton Randolph Parrish, Jr. and his wife, Loye. Grandchildren; Chastity P. Oser and her husband Warren, Bert Mederos and his wife Leslie, Chris Tucker, Jesse Parrish, Anna Parrish and Jacob Parrish, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her niece, Alice Creech for the everyday care she gave her during her entire stay at the Brian Center and to the staff of the Brian center for their love and support. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Braxton Randolph Parrish, and a son; Sandy Earl Parrish, several brothers, sisters, half-brothers and half-sisters.
