Mr. David Martin Steva, 71, of Clayton passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at his home. He was born May 7, 1945 in Pennsylvania son of the late Harvey and Gertrude Bates Steva. Mr. Steva was a U.S. Navy veteran. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Generation Church, 195 NC 42 East, Clayton, NC and at Grace Lutheran Church in Bradford, PA in September. He is survived by his wife, Merideth Steva of Clayton, a daughter, Michelle Steva of Clayton, a son, Brian Steva of Angier, a sister, Barbara Hoose of Orange Park, FL, and a brother, Paul Steva of Erie, PA. Arrangements are being handled by McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton.
