David Eric Williams, age 47, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital. Born on October 18, 1976, he was a son to James Stephen Williams and Deborah Ann Marcom.
David enjoyed collecting Star Wars and Anime characters and enjoyed fishing. He was considered by many as a loving and very loyal friend. David enjoyed being home with his family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
David is preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Marcom.
He is survived by his father, James S. “Willie” Williams and mother Rosie of McGee’s Crossroads; brothers, J. Manuel “Manny” Williams of Mebane and Matthew Ruckman of Star; sisters, Jessica Carrillo of Smithfield, Erica Fields of Smithfield, Michelle Marcom of Star, Crystal Williams of Star, and 14 loving nieces and nephews
