Eric Bernard Bennett

Eric Bernard Bennett, 65, of Selma, NC, passed away on July 31, 2022. Eric was born in Raleigh, NC on December 28, 1956. A musician by trade, he loved playing bass guitar with his bandmates, listening to music, and dancing the night away. Eric had a contagious laugh, unique sense of humor and unmatched love for his family and friends. Eric is predeceased by his father, Earl Bennett. He is survived by his mother Clara, wife Pamela (nee Newsome), son Tillman (Erica), daughter Olivia, brother Rodger (Brenda) and many other loving family members and friends. He also leaves behind his two loyal companions, dogs Biscuit and Tucker. Visitation will take place on Thursday August 4, 2022 at 1pm at Horne Memorial UMC in Clayton, NC with funeral services to follow. The family asks you to join them in celebrating the incredible life of Eric Bennett.
