Evelyn Faye Brinkley

Evelyn Faye Brinkley the daughter of the late Paul Brinkley and Irene Flowers Young went home to be with her Lord and Savior and is now rejoicing with those beloved family members that went before her. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00am on Tuesday in the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Marlow officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. She is survived by her sister; Sue M. Waller and husband Burgess, brother; Gary Young and wife Geri, sister-in-law; Betty Brinkley, nieces and nephews; Lynn Crockett and husband Allen, Paul Brinkley and wife Angie, Sherry Marlow and husband Lee, Denise Sullivan and husband Randy, Michael Young and wife Patty, Kevin Young and wife Melissa, numerous great nieces and nephews, special cousins; Doris Jean Jones and Shirley Brinkley. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother; Sherwood Brinkley. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: City on a Hill Church, 1024 Princeton View Lane, Knightdale, NC 27545. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:00 at the funeral home.
