Mrs. Frances Parrish
November 22, 2020
I shall truly miss my dear Aunt Frances. She was a part of my life from the day I was born. We shared so many fun times, especially sitting on Grandmama and Granddaddy’s front porch on a Sunday, going to the country store to buy drinks and treats for everyone or going to the watermelon patch on a hot summer day. It wasn’t all fun. Aunt Frances worked very hard as the wife of a farmer but always prepared a hot meal at the end of a long “barning tobacco” day. She and my mother were like sisters and there was always love and kindness between them. She was also a loving mother to her son, Gene..the apple of her eye. McKenna inherited that special love also. Thank you, Aunt Frances for all you brought into my life and remember how much I always loved you❤️
