

Born on March 30, 1960, in Allentown, Pennsylvania to the late Anthony Michael Capuano and Rita Domenica (Alloggio) Capuano. He was one of five children.
Frank lost his courageous three-year battle with Glioblastoma but always remained strong in his faith with God. He always trusted and was at peace with God's plan. He never struggled to count God's many blessings.
Frank’s greatest joy in life was his family, and it’s where he most wanted to spend his time. His life’s purpose was to be an amazing father, husband and PopPop.
Frank is survived by his loving wife Melissa Capuano; his three daughters Briana Capuano of Solomons, Maryland, Francesca Howard (Richard) of Annapolis, Maryland, Nina Heurich (Joseph) of Knightdale, North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Macie, Sadie, Luella, Florenza, Lucca, Liliana, and Rowan; three siblings Christina Hoffman (Ronald), Anthony Capuano (Donna), and Doris DiNicola (Nicholas). He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Michael Anthony Capuano.
The family will receive friends for Francisco Capuano’s Life celebration on Monday, February 26th, 2024, from 10 a.m. till 11:30 a.m. with Funeral Service Heard at 11:30 a.m., officiated by Pastor Rick Hancock at Southern Calvert Baptist Church 12140 H.G Trueman Road, Lusby, Maryland,20657. Interment will be immediately following at Chesapeake Highlands Memorial Gardens, 3270 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, Maryland 20676.
