A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Maplewood Cemetery in Clayton, North Carolina with Pastor Luke Long officiating.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the graveside service.
Dennis was born in Clayton on February 7, 1947 to the late Frank Ellis Cobb and the late Annie Bledsoe Cobb Ruth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter Denise Cobb.
He enjoyed reading his Bible, mystery books and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary “Becky” Blinson Cobb; a son, Chris Blinson (Chasity); and sisters, Carolyn Greene (T.J.), JoAnn Stella and Renee Ruth.
