Frederick Richard “Rick” Bruck, II, age 71, passed away peacefully, Monday, October 6, 2014. Rick was born in Wilmington, NC, on November 3, 1942 to the late Frederick Richard and Lillian Schneider Bruck. He graduated from Livonia Central School, in Livonia, NY and later joined the US Air Force. During a 23 year career with the Air Force, Rick graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After retiring from the Air Force, he went on to work with the IRS.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM, Friday, October 10, 2014 in the McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel, 12830 US HWY 70 Business West, Clayton, NC 27520.
He is survived by his wife, Rhona Bruck; daughter, Stephanie Brooke; stepson, Brian Pudliner and wife, Kimberly; sisters, Judith Lockwood and Linda Markham; the “furry love of his life”, Gia; as well as several nieces and nephews.
