George never met a stranger, loved his family and friends dearly, loved old cars, building model trains, football, and spending time with his family, and grandkids! He had a very strong faith, and loved teaching Sunday School, for many years. When he was diagnosed last year with pancreatic cancer, he always told everyone no pity parties for me, I know where I'm going, and I will just see Jesus before you! He had a great attitude and kept his sense of humor all through his chemo treatment , right up almost to his death! He had his own software business for close to 20 years, Grayson Technologies, part of Revelation Software in Australia, he loved his work and was great at what he did. He worked his business up until about 3 weeks before his death! He is survived by his business partner and friend , Brian Yammato, in Atlanta, GA.
He was a member of Horne memorial United Methodist Church, in Clayton , NC., Where we will have a memorial celebration service later on this Summer, time announced later.
In lieu of flowers ,we would like anyone who would like to donate to the pancreatic cancer fund, at this link https://nyulangone.org/
Thank you family and friends, I know his memory will linger in our hearts!
