Jacob E. Marsh, 92 years old of Clayton, NC and formerly of Castleton, NY died on August 4, 2026. He was born on May 2, 1934 in Albany, New York. The son of Theodore Sr. and Carrie Marsh. He was a member of the Rensselaer/ Schodack, NY and of Clayton/Smithfield NC congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. His hope is being in Jehovah God's memory, awaiting Jesus' voice at the time of an earthly resurrection of the dead in which he had complete confidence. (John 5; 28, 29) He was a hard worker to support his family. He also devoted over 70 years of his life using his time and energy to help others in the congregation and taught others about his God Jehovah. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 63 years Barbara A. Marsh. Survivors include: a daughter, Lisa Marsh; a son, Timothy Marsh; daughter-in-law, Torri Marsh and two special grandchildren Roman and Chloe Marsh. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses; 85 Powhatan Road, Clayton, NC 27527.
