June Baine Sallee

June is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Douglas Sallee; her beloved children, Amanda (Keith) Roberson, and Brandon (Jaclyn) Sallee; and her cherished grandchildren, Harper (15) and Jake (12) Roberson, and Hendrix (8), Banks (6), and Hayes (4) Sallee. She is also survived by her brothers, Terry, Eddie, and Bobby Baine, and her faithful dog, Sir Raleigh, who was always by her side.

June loved spending time with her grandchildren and treasured the moments they shared together. She also enjoyed gardening and taking trips to the beach, simple pleasures that brought her great happiness throughout her life. Butterflies were her favorite and always brought a smile to her face, and she especially loved yellow roses.

Family and friends are invited to gather to honor and remember June’s life. Visitation will be held on March 10, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at McLaurin Funeral Home, 12830 Clayton Boulevard, Clayton, North Carolina.

A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. on March 10, 2026, at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Clayton, North Carolina.

June’s love will live on in the hearts of those who knew her, and whenever a butterfly passes by, her family will think of her.
