Karen enjoyed life - especially as it pertained to her lovely grandchildren.  The sun rose and set on them. Every time she spoke to us it was always about how proud she was of them. Jim, she told us frequently how she met you. She saw you across the way, fell in love with you instantly and "knew he was the one."  She leaves a void in our hearts and souls. Her wisdom, laughter, dry sense of humor and compassion will always resonate with those who knew her and loved her. I have no doubt that when she entered God's arms, He said, "Karen, thou good and faithful servant - welcome home." I can see her playing a violin with God's angels in His heavenly orchestra.  As Billy Graham's road sign read, “One day you'll hear that Billy Graham has died. Don't you believe it. On that day I'll be more alive than ever before! I've just changed addresses.” Karen, I look forward to seeing you again. Love, Fidelman Family  

What a wonderful friend! We laughed, made music together,  roomed together and shared together. I will never forget her!

Jim,
I am so sorry for your loss, I pray for you and your family!

Karen had the best sense of humor and dry wit, it makes me smile to think about.  My heart goes out to Jim, Bryan, Brenda, Johnny and the grandkids.  Shawna and I are sending love from Oklahoma.  I hope you can share many memories together during this time and share the love she felt for all of you.

Praying many prayers for Karen's children, grandchildren and especially for Jim. I know there is a space in your heart that only she could fill. May God comfort you and give you strength in this difficult time of loss. Karen was such a sweet lady and I enjoyed being in small faith community groups with her and working together with her in the Threads of Love ministry.  She made so many bears, blankets and hats for children and the homeless. I treasure the time I spent with her and remember fondly the sewing lessons she gave me at her house.  I will remember her smile, kindness and sense of humor.
