Lester Maurice Fisher

Military gravesite rites will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the Eastern Carolina State Veteran’s Cemetery, 164 Logs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, North Carolina.

He was born on March 2, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Jasper Fisher and the late Gloria Bonner Fisher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Ronald Fisher; sister, D’Bora Fisher Maxwell.

Mr. Fisher is survived by his wife, Cheryllynn Benjiman Johnson; his children, Ebonnie Fisher, Leslie Fisher, Michael Foston and Simone Foston; grandchildren, Tyler, Leonni, Kelzey, Darius and Delaney; sister, Beverly Fisher Martin.
