Mary Ann Whitfield Ostrowski

A visitation for Mary Ann will be held Sunday, August 6, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at McLaurin Funeral Home, 12830 US 70 Business Highway West, Clayton, North Carolina 27520. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 PM. Pastor Daivd Sutphin, officiating.

Mary Ann was born in Wake County on April 23,1939 to the late Roy Whitfield and the late Inez Currin Whitfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Russell Mitchell.

She was a retired custom decorator for J.C.Penny Company and enjoyed the beach, dancing, stamp collecting and spending time with her husband, Bill and children and grandchildren.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Bill Ostrowski; children, Lisa Anthony, Bobby Mitchell, Mark Ostrowski (Erin), Deanna Schweitzer (Brad) and Robbie Ostrowski (Lynette); grandchildren, Maggie Ostrowski, Tyler Ostrowski, Nathan Schweitzer, Owen Schweitzer, Emilia Schweitzer, Bobby Ostrowski, Brice Ostrowski, Amber Bugbee (TJ) and Reagan Bugbee; sisters, Betty Ross and Lillian Lugani.
