Mary worked for 10 years as a medical office secretary. She met her husband, Edward McNamara at the age of 16. They married on July 16, 1965, and shared almost 60 years of love and companionship. Mary was a kind woman with a big heart. She was always generous and there for everyone around her. She was a strong woman and never complained. Mary loved her family deeply.
Surviving is her husband of 59 ½ years, Edward McNamara; daughter, Kathleen Ritchie and husband Rusty; son, Teddy McNamara and wife Julie; grandchildren, Jennings Ritchie, Eliza Ritchie, Virginia Ritchie, Sophie McNamara, and Ben McNamara
