Nicholas grew up in Johnston County and attended West Johnston High School until 2013.
Nicholas was born on the Autism Spectrum. Society may not always view those with disabilities as perfect or contributing members of society but those who had the opportunity to know him, knew he was both. Perfect in soul and a steadfast teacher, Nicholas had the unique gift of teaching humility, compassion and to love unconditionally and will be greatly missed by all who ever had the opportunity of knowing him.
