Patricia Faye Aycock

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Sauls officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12 noon at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Mrs. Aycock was born in Wake County, North Carolina to the late Loomis Goodwin and the late Ollie Johnson Goodwin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Upchurch.

Mrs. Aycock was a retired employee of the state of North Carolina.

She is survived by her children, Randy West (Amy McLemore), Theodore “Ted” West, Keith West and wife Crystal, and Kathryn West; grandchildren, Hunter Moss West, Noah West and Kyle West; great grandchild, Zachary West; brothers and sisters, Carl Goodwin, Jackie Parker and Dolores “Dolo” Gearig; long-time significant other, John McCue; and best friend, Barbara Toth.
