Sherrill Kelly Bass, 75, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019. Sherrill was born in Wayne County to the late Earl and Blanche Jackson Bass on June 15, 1944. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Tyler of Clayton; sister Addie Carr of Clinton; grandchildren, Trevon Thomas, Brooke Collins, Brandi Mingin and Brittney Tyler; one great granddaughter, Harper Collins; son-in-law, Jaford Tyler, Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 3:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service from 2 until 3:00pm. Online condolences may be made to the Bass family at www.mclaurinatpinecrest.com.
