Shirley Satterwhite Gordon, 79, daughter of the late Richard and Geneva Jernigan Satterwhite, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. She is survived by her husband, James B. Gordon; children, Sherri Bauer, Greg Wall, Terri Gordon, and Jim Gordon; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a sister, Charlotte Hensley; and brothers, Jack and Steve Satterwhite. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her son, Brooks Gordon. A celebration of her life will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10am, in the McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
