Sieglinde "Siggi" Maria Carty, age 61, of Clayton, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025. Sieglinde was born in Neumarkt, Germany. Siggi worked as a Physical Therapist and a Realtor for some time. She loved her family, friends, the sun, beach, and the ocean. The beach was her happy place. If family or friends needed help, she was always the first to give it!
A celebration of life will be held for Siggi at 5:30pm on May 3, 2025, at Pirates Cove Marina 2000 Sailfish Drive, Manteo, North Carolina. Her ashes will be placed in her favorite place, the ocean, by friends and family as a way to honor her memory.
Siggi is survived by her loving husband, Irvin Carty; brother, Norbert Kerschensteiner; nephews, Dennis and Sandro, and many other close friends.
