SUE OWENS CANUP September 3, 1939 – April 6, 2015 Clayton: Sue Owens Canup, age 75, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015, peacefully at her home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, April 9, 2015 in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Owens; a daughter, Elizabeth Oglesby; and her husband James Rodney Canup. She is survived by her mother, Kathleen Beachem; two daughters, Temperance Underhill and Allyson Kearney; three sons, Tommy Oglesby, David Oglesby and Paul Oglesby; sister, Ann Lewis; brother, Jimmy Owens; thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
