Tammy Yvonne Blinson

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 18, 2025 in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, North Carolina with Pastor Jack Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. Following the services, the family will be gathering at the home of Susan Powers, 33 Mary Lee Lane, Fuquay Varina.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service.

Tammy was born in Zebulon, North Carolina on October 30, 1971 to Roger Stallings and Margaret Willoughby Stallings.

Tammy was a graduate of Southern Nash High School and worked as a Training Specialist for the North Carolina Department of Corrections. Tammy also worked for Dollar General as a lead staff member. She was loved by all for her strong will and ability to solve problems quickly. She was loved by all in the community for her smiling and caring personality towards everyone. If you needed anything Tammy was always there to assist anyone. She put everyone before herself, especially her family. Family was the most important thing to her.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three daughters, Brandi Blinson and fiancé Cole Snipes of Fuquay Varina, NC and Brook Blinson and fiancé Emory Ellis of Bunnlevel, NC, Brittany Blinson and fiancé Brent, her granddaughter CJ (7), of Bath, NC. Her brother Larry (Runt) Stallings and Cindy of Aurora, NC. Nephews’ Tristan wife Alexis and their kids Adalyn, Colt, Lane and Nephew Preston wife Connor and their kid Caroline of Rocky Mount, NC and God parents to her daughters Maria and Rusty Lassiter of Four Oaks, NC. Special Cousins Susan Powers and husband Billy of Fuquay Varina, NC. Keith and Vickey, Wayne and Chanda, Dale and Whitney, Johnnie and Melissa, Nicole and Joseph and Richard. Grand dogs Bently and Goose. and many other uncles, aunts and cousins.
