William Bailey Smith

William Bailey Smith, 16, passed away Sunday. Bailey was an amazing, beautiful person who loved everyone. Bailey’s life was about love and he always greeted everyone with a warm smile. His heart was open to all and lives on through his desire to be an organ donor. He will be missed but will be with us always. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Saturday in the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home. He is survived by his mother, Cindy C. Smith, father, Johnny Smith, sisters, Cecily Smith and Tori Smith, maternal grandparents, Rev. Jerry T. and Carolyn Smith, aunt and uncles, Dianne and Phil Starling, JT and Sharon Smith, Karen and David Smith, cousins, Jordan, Megan and Philip. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Edward and Pauline Smith and his uncle, Tommy Smith. The family will receive friends Friday from 7-9 pm at McLaurin Funeral Home, Clayton.
