Molly Cecilia Dixon

Molly Dixon beloved Mother, Sister and Daughter has joined the Lord on May 29, 2014. Molly was born in Portland Oregon to John and Anne Leonard on Jan 8th 1966. She was the youngest of 3 siblings, Karen and Matthew Leonard. Molly graduated from Madison High School in Portland, Oregon at the top of her class academically. She entered Oregon State University as one of the top 10% entering freshmen in her class. Molly graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from OSU with a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration. Molly continued to live in Portland where she worked for a transportation company and a forest products company. In 1993 she met her husband, Dennis Dixon. In 1995 their first child Cecilia was born, followed by her son Cameron who was born in 1997. The family moved to Fall City in 1997 where Molly raised the children and became part of the Fall City community with the kids sporting events, school events and church. In 2005 she started work for Microsoft where she worked until 2009. This was her dream job because she could use her strong technical skills in the work place.

Her greatest love was for her children Cecilia and Cameron. She was a strong follower of the Catholic Church where she was a member of the St Anthony’s parish in Carnation. She loved to fly fish, camp, listen to music, record old TV shows and work on her computer. Molly had a big heart for her family, her close friends and animals.

Molly will always be remembered by those she touched and will be immensely missed by her friends and family. Her memorial service will be held in Hermiston Oregon at Our Lady of Angels June 21 at 1PM.
