Audrey Sue Brobst

Born August 6, 1965, in Athens, Greece, the daughter of Robert L. and Wilma (Wilsoncroft) Welch.

She was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School, Class of 1983 and Williamsport Community College, Class of 1985.

Audrey had worked for 25 years as a kitchen manager for Zia’s Pastaria in Maryland.

She had a compassionate and generous heart and loved animals, particularly hedgehogs and daisies, her favorite flower.

Audrey is survived by her mother, two sons: Robert W. Brobst and his wife Tabitha and Nicholas R. Brobst and his companion Beth, all of Brooklyn Heights, MD, two sisters: Teresa Welch and her wife Mary Natoli of Bellefonte and Roberta “Bert” Robbins and her husband Lynn of Olanta and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Janet M. Welch.

Honoring Audrey’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Interment will be in the Historic Crown Crest Cemetery.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 108R N. Second Street, Suite 1 B, Clearfield, PA 16830 or Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice, 504 Park Avenue, Clearfield, PA 16830.
