Barbara Ann DuFour

Born June 16, 1943, in Clearfield, the daughter of Ralph and Annie (Copenhaver) Rose.

She was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School, Class of 1961.

Mrs. DuFour was a homemaker and a very loving person to her family, always putting others before herself. She was truly the definition of love.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Lawrence A. DuFour, whom she married June 10, 1961, three sons; Donald DuFour and his companion Cheryl Carter of Grampian, David DuFour and his wife Barb of Curwensville and Jeffrey DuFour and his wife Faith of Kane, six grandchildren; Amber Ruffner, Austin and Keshia DuFour, Regina Fiscus, Sonya Rittberg and Ahlee Luis, six great grandchildren; Maddox Ruffner, Ariana, Maverick and Gabriella Fiscus, Riley Standifer and Louie Luis , two brothers; Robert Rose (Kathy) of North Carolina and Thomas Rose (Glenda) of Florida and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Patricia DuFour and a brother Richard Rose and his wife Arlene.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield with Rev. John F. White officiating. Interment will be in Historic Crown Crest Cemetery.
