Brenda Lee Green

Born July 22, 1969 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Thomas H. Peters and the late Janet (Shepler) Peters.

Brenda was employed at various places in the community, but in the last several years, she enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. In her spare time, she loved to shoot pool and throw darts, putting together jigsaw puzzles, camping and kayaking. She had an affinity for the ocean, whether it be hunting seashells, sitting on the beach, or exploring lighthouses. Brenda loved an adventure and was willing to try anything new.

She is survived by her husband Ronald Green, whom she wed on December 10, 1993; her father, Thomas Peters; three children, Courtney Walker and wife Vicky, Dougles Walker and wife Sierra, and Branden Walker; a step son, Ronald Green Jr.; seven grandchildren, Adalee, McKinley and Paisley Walker and Joshlyn, Caroline, and Brycen Walker and Talen Green; her father-in-law, Harold Green; and a large extended family with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Brenda is preceded in death by her mother, Janet Peters; and a brother, Thomas Peters Jr.

A funeral service will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11 AM. Interment will be in the Watts Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 22, 2026 from 4-7 PM and at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 from 10-11 AM.
