Carla J. Prisk

Born Oct. 8, 1947, in Clearfield, she was the daughter of James and Alta (VanScoyoc) Blankley.

She graduated from Curwensville High School.

She was a member of Zion Baptist Church where she was also a Sunday school teacher.

Carla is survived by her two children, James L. Prisk and his wife, Joy, of Curwensville, Kathryn "Sue" Hutton and her husband, Denny, of Ansonville; three grandchildren, Morgan Camuso Aaron Prisk, and Emma Rannels; and three great-grandchildren, Jordin Lorenzo, and Greyson.

Carla is also survived by one brother, Terry Blankley and his wife, Patty, of DuBois, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, who passed away on Aug. 29, 2017.

Funeral services will be held at Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., 312 E. Locust St., Clearfield, on Saturday Oct. 4, 2025 at noon with Pastor Brian Barrett officiating.

Internment will be in Watts Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
